We are a two-JET office right now, maybe we can make it three?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"di_2\" style=\"color: #000000\">Perform clerical, secretarial, and general office duties. Provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking, answering phones, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments for students, alumni, Law School and University employees, and employers. Perform general word processing, spreadsheet, and data entry duties with accuracy. Maintain library and online resources. Delegate and monitor routine tasks of student employees as needed.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tested proficiency with word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), and database applications as well as online programs and the ability to perform online research. Accurate keyboarding (40-60 words per minute). Superior level of customer service, positive, helpful attitude and can-do approach.
