Active participation in application screening for CV Fellowship<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate alumni events for RBFAA, including annual gala and regional events.\u00a0\u00a0Supports the RBFAA in outreach efforts to alumni<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Answer program inquiries via phone\/ e-mail\/ mail<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with applicants, participants and Cultural Vistas partners<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with current\/potential participants<\/li>\n<li>Supports implementation of project plans and communicative efforts; attends seminars and conducts outreach sessions for both programs as necessary with guidance<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate travel arrangements for applicants, fellows and alumni<\/li>\n<li>Supports budget administration and overall timeline tracking<\/li>\n<li>Assist in marketing and mass mailings<\/li>\n<li>Assists the Program Officer in German language assessments of the RBFF Fellows.<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Demonstrated Abilities Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of program management; project implementation, collaboration, and completion<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, to prioritize workload, to organize, and make decisions in a deadline sensitive environment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to anticipate outcomes and problem solve<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, good judgment and critical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to maintain proactive, flexible, inventive approach<\/li>\n<li>Possess commitment to professionalism and communicability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to provide excellent customer service for both internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exhibit a collegial attitude and excel within a collaborative team working environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to communicate effectively within a multi-cultural environment and with people from diverse cultures and countries<\/li>\n<li>Interest in and commitment to the mission of Cultural Vistas<\/li>\n<li>Strong German skills required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Computer Equipment\u00a0and Software Requirements<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite products. Prior CRM experience a plus.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required; International Relations, Business, Education, German and European Studies, or other related degree preferred.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum\u00a01-2 years of previous administrative, customer service, client relations management, or program management experience required.
