ISEP provides exchange\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">and study abroad opportunities to over 3,400 students annually.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222\">Position Summary:<\/span><\/strong><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">The Human Resources manager manages the day-to-day administration of the\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">ISEP\u2019s human resource programs. This includes benefits administration,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">recruitment, employee relations and welfare, compensation and performance\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">management programs, policies and procedures, and employee record\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">maintenance.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #252525\"><strong><span style=\"color: #222222\">Principal Accountabilities:<\/span><\/strong><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">Benefits Administration<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Review benefits and wellness products on an annual basis<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Process and enroll employees in all benefit plans and process changes<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Provide clarification to employees on benefit plans, claims and eligibility<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Act as an interface with employees and providers to assist with problem\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">resolution<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Maintain benefits enrollment information to assist the Accounting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">department with invoice reconciliation<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Maintain regular contact with vendors and broker to ensure efficient\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">timely processing of benefits claims and issues.\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Ensure all required reports are processed in a timely manner<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">Recruiting<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Responsible for initiating recruitment cycle<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Draft advertisements and post open positions at appropriate recruiting\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">sources<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Serve as a resource for hiring managers in the recruiting process<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Assist in initial screening of resumes and participate in interview process<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Coordinate interviews and provide interview assistance to hiring\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">managers.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Draft offer letters in accordance with ISEP standards and policies<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Maintain documentation of all recruitment activity\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">Employee Relations<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Coordinate orientation for newly hired staff with all relevant departments\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">to fully explain ISEP\u2019s overall structure, programs etc. and conduct the part of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">the orientation that describes benefits programs, policies, and ISEP operational<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u00a0procedures.<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Provide clarification of policies and procedures to ISEP staff<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Provide guidance to managers in addressing employee performance\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">concerns\u00a0<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Assist management in developing a positive work environment by\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">identifying needs and developing programs or policies<\/span><br style=\"color: #222222\" \/><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u2022 Assist in developing and conducting employee development and welfare<\/span><span style=\"color: #222222\">\u00a0events and programs.
