Recruiter Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main task of the Recruiter is to find deserving ALT candidates who meet the manpower needs of OWLS and the boards of education\/schools. The ALT\/Instructor Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.<\/p>\n

\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Conduct jobs with Human Resources Manager\u2019s supervision.<\/li>\n
  • Create job descriptions.<\/li>\n
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each position.<\/li>\n
  • Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct regular follow-up with Human Resources Manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.<\/li>\n
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance.<\/li>\n
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.<\/li>\n
  • Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.<\/li>\n
  • Post openings in websites, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.<\/li>\n
  • Report and summarize recruiting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

    • Phone skills, Interviewing skills, People skills, Supports diversity, Employment law, Professionalism, Organization, Project management, Good judgment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Instructor Trainer Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The Instructor Trainer provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure the achievement of the highest
      \npossible standards of teaching.<\/p>\n

      Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Conduct jobs with Education Manager\u2019s supervision.<\/li>\n
      • Monitor, evaluate and review instructors<\/li>\n
      • Offer advice to instructors who may have problems or questions.<\/li>\n
      • Work with coordinators to resolve said problems or questions.<\/li>\n
      • Organize Leader Instructor team.<\/li>\n
      • Planning and administration of trainings for instructors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        Self-discipline, Leadership skills, Management skills, and Teaching experience.<\/p>\n

        Salary<\/strong>
        \nThe estimated monthly payment range is between 200,000JPY to 300,000JPY before deduction social
        \ninsurance and municipal tax.<\/p>\n
