<\/em>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Director of Enrollment oversees all aspects of enrollment in Spanish Studies Abroad programs, both for individually enrolled students in our short- and long-term programs, and Customized Programs for faculty-led groups.<\/p>\n

Primary Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Provide direct supervision of the U.S. office\/personnel including Admissions, Institutional Relations, Marketing and Customized Programs.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure recruitment and enrollment objectives are met and improve upon procedures and policies.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee marketing campaigns through e-mail, social media, mailings, website and other promotional tools.<\/li>\n
  • Shape, maintain and manage department budgets and expenditures.<\/li>\n
  • Perform regular data analyses including enrollment trends, recruiting efforts and marketing strategies.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate biennial Board of Advisor meeting and presentation to Board of Directors.<\/li>\n
  • Represent and promote program at various International Education conferences and other events related to Institutional Relations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to lead a staff to achieve set goals.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.<\/li>\n
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.<\/li>\n
    • Strong presentation and public speaking skills in both languages.<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel during recruiting seasons.<\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to manage budget and staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Master’s degree.<\/li>\n
      • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience and client relationships.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in Higher Education.<\/li>\n
      • Specific experience in international education.<\/li>\n
      • Fluent in Spanish.<\/li>\n
      • Personal study abroad experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
