<\/em>Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n

ISEP is currently seeking a full-time Director of Communications and Marketing\u00a0located in our central office in Arlington VA (10 minutes from Washington DC).\u00a0Founded in 1979, ISEP is a non-profit membership organization with over 300\u00a0partner institutions in 50 countries around the world. ISEP provides exchange\u00a0and study abroad opportunities to over 3,400 students annually.<\/p>\n

Position Summary:<\/strong>
\nUnder the general supervision of the AVP of External Relations, the incumbent\u00a0develops and oversees the implementation of an annual marketing &\u00a0communication plan to support ISEP\u2019s mission through print and web-based\u00a0publications as well as social media outlets. Strategic outreach initiatives will\u00a0promote ISEP programs to students and administrators worldwide while\u00a0supporting ISEP\u2019s growing network of member institutions.<\/p>\n

Principal Accountabilities:<\/strong>
\nMarketing:
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain an annual marketing & communications plan in\u00a0conjunction with ISEP\u2019s strategic objectives.
\n\u2022 Position ISEP\u2019s products and initiatives (i.e., Exchange & Direct enrollment\u00a0programs, member support services, non-member opportunities, ISEP Events,\u00a0social media, email, and website campaigns) for maximum visibility and yield.
\n\u2022 Create marketing tools that engage students and coordinators at member\u00a0institutions throughout ISEP\u2019s worldwide Network.
\n\u2022 Spearhead ISEP branding to reach desired audiences through effective\u00a0messaging.
\n\u2022 In collaboration with Regional Directors, Director of Direct Programs and\u00a0Director of Membership & US Member Relations, develop promotional efforts,\u00a0materials, and training for ISEP Coordinators on a global level.
\nCommunications:
\n\u2022 Develop and maintain an annual publication plan and budget.
\n\u2022 Oversee the design and production of all print- and web-based\u00a0publications.
\n\u2022 Create project calendars and procedures for the updating of web-based\u00a0tools and program information.
\n\u2022 Work with Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist to liaison with\u00a0external printers and graphic designers and manage mailing processes.
\n\u2022 Oversee development of the ISEP website to ensure maximum access to\u00a0program enrollment, high visual impact, and a clear \u201ccall to action\u201d
\nUniversity and student Outreach:
\n\u2022 Help member institutions and students to identify with the ISEP brand\u00a0and engage in ISEP Programs and services.
\n\u2022 Manage the ISEP Ambassador program.
\n\u2022 Develop and implement Alumni Relation initiatives in collaboration with\u00a0Director of Membership & US Member Relations and Development Coordinator.
\n\u2022 Manage ISEP social media strategy.
\n\u2022 Develop and supervise Prospective Student recruitment initiative.
\n\u2022 Develop new ideas and vehicles to promote ISEP to prospective members\u00a0and to leverage the Network in the international education field.
\n\u2022 Manage logistics for all ISEP Events through the Communications &\u00a0Marketing Coordinator.
\nResearch & Analysis:
\n\u2022 Analyze all print and electronic publications with regards to content, ease\u00a0of navigation, and audience appeal.
\n\u2022 Research ISEP\u2019s market position and competitor marketing initiatives.
\n\u2022 Review Google Analytics and provide weekly updates to supervisor.
\n\u2022 Provide quarterly reports to Executive Team on market analysis.
\n\u2022 Create queries and reports as needed.
\n\u2022 Develop, distribute, and assess staff, membership, and alumni surveys.
\nOther Duties as assigned<\/p>\n
