The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and experience in similar situations helping an executive with a growing firm better manage workflow and be more productive. Must be flexible, cheerful, and level-headed. Prior experience in a professional services firm, particularly training or consulting, is preferred.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication and client-handling skills, and able to manage multiple activities with tight deadlines. Willingness to pitch in and help with whatever is needed, including tasks of a personal nature, to get the job done is crucial. Requires outstanding interpersonal skills to coordinate seamlessly with our team of consultants and facilitators and our existing virtual administrative staff and bookkeeper.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Able to drive critical project processes including scheduling and team coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Able to think quickly on your feet and reprioritize on the fly to deal with emerging issues.<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated, resourceful, and adept at problem solving.<\/li>\n<li>Can identify priorities, ask the right questions and anticipate problems before they arise.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint), knowledgeable about and comfortable with current online tools.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent writing skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is a rare and unique opportunity for the right person to work alongside a dynamic professional, and become an integral part of the firm&#8217;s operations and make a significant impact.<\/p>\n<p>When onsite you will be working in a home office in Emerald Hills (west side of Redwood City, near 280).<\/p>\n<p>Time Commitment: 20 hours per week to start, with potential to do some of those virtually.<\/p>\n<p>Salary: TBD.
