As Assistant Academic Director, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide excellent support to international students, by advising students regarding academic performance and other matters<\/li>\n<li>Teach as necessary, depending on enrollment volume<\/li>\n<li>Plan social and cultural activities for international students<\/li>\n<li>Act as liaison with host university for housing program and other university services<\/li>\n<li>Support Academic Director in other administrative duties as necessary to manage the IEP center<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience and Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>At least 2 years of English language teaching experience<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students of diverse backgrounds. Culturally sensitive and patient<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills, both oral and written<\/li>\n<li>Ability to solve problems and deal with conflicts effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and capability to prioritize workload effectively<\/li>\n<li>Skilled at using and leveraging new technologies (Experience with Salesforce a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to speak a second language is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
