Implements sales plan strategies and goals for customers in conjunction with Marketing department.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of sales management and marketing concepts for electronic devices and components.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of order management and distributor management for the electronic devices and components products.<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pay close attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a Japanese \/ American cultural setting.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with minimal supervision.This position handles small, moderate complex territory, no inside sales supervision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:<\/strong><br \/>\nBS or BA degree; 2 &#8211; 4 years of experience, 2 years in Design or FAE with emphasis on system knowledge and\/or 2 \u2013 3 years in Sales working with independent Rep organizations. Experience with military sales, robotics, autonomous vehicles and antenna stabilization a plus.
