Work closely with the Business Development or Account Management team<br \/>\n\u2022 Respond to client requirements by matching suitable candidates to vacant roles<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct client \u201cafter placement\u201d calls\/meetings after the candidate is placed to build client relationship<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales\/General Activities<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 Plan and prioritise sales activities to achieve agreed KPIs and sales targets with support from management<br \/>\n\u2022 Build up-to-date knowledge of own recruitment sector\/technology to respond proactively to clients requirements<br \/>\n\u2022 Successfully complete all On-Boarding and SThree induction training<br \/>\n\u2022 Comply with country employment regulations when carrying out any recruitment activities<br \/>\n\u2022 Pro actively deal and respond to complaints from clients and candidates.
