Our Client, a Fortune 500 Company, is looking for the right candidate, who will work with the Corporate Mainframe Management Group. You will provide development, testing, maintenance and installation support for z\/OS and a variety of products that make up the mainframe environments. Support of Hitachi (VOS) and\/or Fujitsu (MSP) mainframe systems may also be required. Other responsibilities would include mainframe system automation, mainframe networking and customer support for the suite of products that make up the environment.<\/p>\n

You will need to:
\nWork overtime as required.
\nProvide 7×24 support when required.
\nProvide hotline support for business groups and operations.
\nProvide off-hour problem and change implementation support.
\nProvide on-site support for Business Continuation testing.
\nThe successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following:<\/p>\n

z\/OS (MVS & JES)
\nSMP\/E
\nAssembler Language Coding
\nVTAM
\nTCP\/IP
\nJCL & IBM Utilities
\nOmegamon for MVS
\nTSO\/ISPF\/SDSF

\nOur Client, a Fortune 500 Company, is looking for the right candidate, who will work as a Telecom Network Specialist to consult with client and development area management and staff in the design and implementation of new or modified telecommunications networks.
\nYou will:<\/p>\n

Develop systems specifications, technical implementation plans and coordinate complex installation projects with clients, development staff, network engineering and vendors.
\nTrack projects and report status to appropriate management.
\nPerform quality acceptance testing.
\nCoordinate or provides training to clients during implementation.
\nParticipate in the evaluation of vendor proposals.
\nConduct network studies and traffic analyses.
\nDevelop network architectures Prepare forecasts of network traffic and capacity.
\nRecommend modifications to the network configurations which reduce costs or improve service.
\nParticipate with vendors and common carriers and network engineering in the identification and resolution of complex network problems.<\/p>\n
