Roles\/Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nAs a Recruitment Researcher, you will be given all the training and support you need to launch a long term career working for a specialist consultancy.\u00a0 You will be supporting a team of Recruitment Consultants to place candidates into a specific sector. We are currently looking for Recruitment Researchers to join the following teams:<\/p>\n

*HR
\n*Accounting and Finance
\n*Banking Operations\/Risk Audit
\n*Professional Services and Compliance in Financial Services
\n*Asset Management
\n*IT (Information Technology in Fortune 500 companies as well as Technology Recruitment into Financial Services)<\/p>\n

Day to day:<\/strong>
\nInitially, you will be supporting a team of high performing consultants where your key focus will be generating high calibre candidates. You will attract candidates using various methods such as advertising, generating referrals, networking and headhunting. With our in house training and development, you will quickly progress to being a Recruitment Consultant where you will manage your own portfolio of clients, attend client briefings and reviews, interview candidates, and liaise with clients and candidates to fulfill their recruitment requirements.<\/p>\n

Experience \/Skills Required:<\/strong>
\n\u2022Experience of working in sales, recruitment or banking related position
\n\u2022A keen interest in recruitment
\n\u2022Experience of telephone sales \/ client liaison
\n\u2022Strong organizational skills: the role will require the individual to \u2018multi-task\u2019
\n\u2022Outstanding communication and influencing skills
\n\u2022Professional\/self-motivated demeanor and attitude
\n\u2022Confident, mature attitude \u2013 thrives on working under pressure and to deadlines
\n\u2022Quick learner as well as being team-orientated
\n\u2022Experience of using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database software
\n\u2022Must be already based in Japan and\/or already have the right to work in Japan<\/p>\n

Personal Attributes:<\/strong>
\nHolding a Degree qualification (or equivalent), you will have excellent communication skills, demonstrable interpersonal and influencing skills, are a self-motivated team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Previous sales or recruitment experience is advantageous.<\/p>\n

To be considered for this role you must be able to speak native level English as well as having some knowledge of Japanese<\/p>\n
