Through this develop and communicate in a timely manner the Annual National Sales Plan<br \/>\n\u2022Work with the various marketing and medical teams to co-develop an integrated Sales, Marketing, and Medical Brand Plan each year. Drive and champion the Sales Plans and strategies within the Sales Team.<!--more--><br \/>\n\u2022Work with the Sales Team and Marketing Team to develop Annual Territory Sales Plans.\u00a0 Ensure monthly review of national and territory plans and prepare monthly reports.\u00a0 Ensure territories are working through updated Key Account Management Plans where appropriate.<br \/>\n\u2022Manage, motivate, and develop the Sales Team in Japan though coaching, directing and setting a clear focus. This will include setting annual sales targets, annual bonus recognition programme, and reviewing progress vs target on a monthly basis.<br \/>\n\u2022Ensure that all target customers are seen regularly by the right people with the right messages.\u00a0 This will be achieved through monitoring and reporting on sales activity and ensuring that the Sales Team are highly trained in product marketing strategy, disease area knowledge, sales process, and any additional areas required for the Sales Team to excel in their role.
