Overview:<\/b>
\nThe Administrative Assistant will provide executive level administrative support to the Vice-President, as well as, coordinate functional group meetings and travel arrangements.<\/p>\n

Language Requirement:<\/b>
\n-Fluent in English and Japanese OR
\n-Fluent in English and Spanish<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/b>
\n-Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in an executive administrative role
\n-Extensive experience with coordinating international travel
\n-Extensive experience supporting directors, VPs, and C-suite executives<\/p>\n

Education:<\/strong>
\nMinimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, International Relations, or related.<\/p>\n
