Overview:<\/b>
\nA small travel company is looking for a highly motivated pro-active individual to join our team as a Asia Travel Specialist. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers in sales capacity, building, booking, and selling international trips. This is a full time position with competitive performance based compensation and benefits. Located North of San Diego in Encinitas but is open to the right candidate working remotely.<\/p>\n

Your Duties:<\/b>
\n\u2022 Meeting monthly sales goals
\n\u2022 Manage a sales pipeline in high volume B2C environment
\n\u2022 Communicate with clients and international partners via phone and email
\n\u2022 Actively manage clients and product within our systems (CRM, Product Database, etc)
\n\u2022 Develop complex custom trip itineraries<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/b>
\n\u2022Must have traveled extensively in Asia (most importantly Japan)
\n\u2022 Strong communication skills
\n\u2022 Very comfortable multi-tasking
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (or Google Docs or similar)
\n\u2022 Attention to detail \/ task orientated
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and part of team
\n\u2022 Easily develop a professional rapport with clients and co-workers<\/p>\n

Desired Qualifications:<\/b>
\n\u2022Travel Sales Experience
\n\u2022 Passion for environmental \/ sustainable business practices
\n\u2022 Foreign Languages<\/p>\n

Compensation package includes a combination of base salary, commission and bonus structure.<\/p>\n
