But Choshi does have a few things going for it. Two major soy sauce companies, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.yamasa.com\/corporate\/info\/factory\/\" target=\"_blank\">Yamasa <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.higeta.co.jp\/pdf\/company.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Higeta<\/a>, have factories there.
