\u2022 Maintain calendar and phones
\n\u2022 Handle contact list and correspondence
\n\u2022 Prepare documents including letters
\n\u2022 Prepare materials for events
\n\u2022 Administrative duties for General Affairs
\n\u2022 General office responsibilities, including Japan-related inquiries and correspondence<\/p>\n

Assistant To The General And Political Affairs Section<\/b><\/p>\n

Responsibilities include:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Administrative duties for General and Political Affairs
\n\u2022 Monitor Political Issues in 10-state jurisdiction
\n\u2022 Speech and letter writing
\n\u2022 General office responsibilities, including Japan-related inquiries and correspondence
\n\u2022 Generate daily and monthly political reports
\n\u2022 Research and report on political issues<\/p>\n

\u00a0Qualifications<\/b> (same for both positions):
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree
\n\u2022 Excellent analytical and communication skills in English, both written and verbal (Japanese language ability is preferred but not required)
\n\u2022 Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Access etc.)
\n\u2022 Superior attention to detail
\n\u2022 Experience living in Japan or working in a Japanese environment strongly preferred<\/p>\n

Work hours<\/b>:
\nFive days per week, from Monday to Friday, 9:15 AM \u2013 5:00 PM each day. Occasional overtime is required.<\/p>\n
