Overview:<\/b>
\nReal Estate Development Firm seeks a highly organized assistant who is FLUENT IN JAPANESE.\u00a0 We are looking for someone who enjoys being an assistant and will be dependable and capable.<\/p>\n

This is a small firm who works with big names in this arena.<\/p>\n

It is a small group in the office so must have a \u201cteam\u201d minded way, and OK with wearing multiple hats.<\/p>\n

This is Monday to Friday (9am \u2013 6pm) but must be willing to be on call as needed with Iphone\/Blackberry.<\/p>\n

We are seeking a sharp, smart, savvy and experienced Executive Assistant who can work as support for a high ranking executive at a Real Estate Development firm with high energy and an entrepreneurial spirit. The firm is involved with very high profile luxury brands in Hawaii.<\/p>\n

This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys being the right hand person and likes working with someone busy yet also nice. As it is a small office, there will be a variety of duties that must be done with a can-do attitude.<\/p>\n

Duties will include but are not limited to<\/b>:
\n\u2022 Coordinate calls and scheduling with vendors
\n\u2022 Research and read contracts and related documents
\n\u2022 Field phone call, e-mail, and mail correspondence
\n\u2022 General administrative functions (faxing, copying, scanning, etc)
\n\u2022 Coordinate business schedule
\n\u2022 Handle miscellaneous errands as required (infrequent)
\n\u2022 Main point of contact for all IT related items
\n\u2022 Travel planning as needed
\n\u2022 General office duties (stocking kitchen, ordering lunch, supplies etc.)
\n\u2022 Support as needed for CEO when his EA is out of office
\n\u2022 Handling special requests and related duties as needed
\n\u2022 Document preparation<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/b>:
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree from 4-year college or university
\n\u2022 At least one to two years relevant experience
\n\u2022 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\n\u2022 Strong computer skills in both Mac and PC, including Word, Outlook, Excel, Internet and e-mail
\n\u2022 Poised and polished with a professional mindset
\n\u2022 Superior judgment with confidential materials
\n\u2022 Must know how to prioritize executive tasks
\n\u2022 Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
\n\u2022 Able to work independently as well as part of a team
\n\u2022 Detail oriented and extremely organized
\n\u2022 Must consent to comprehensive background check; confidentiality agreements & all previous employment referrals will be closely checked
\n\u2022 Must be willing to become a Notary and perform Notary tasks as needed in the office (office will pay for qualifying exam and supplies)<\/p>\n
