Duties And Responsibilities<\/b>:
\n\u2022 Demonstrate leadership skills to meet the company’s objective
\n\u2022 Inventory and cost control and management
\n\u2022 Demonstrate the ability to handle customer complaints and employee management
\n\u2022 Communicate effectively with the upper management about day to day operations and monthly reporting
\n\u2022 Ability to make decisions about pricing and placing orders with different kinds of vendors locally and
\ninternationally
\n\u2022 Management of employee schedule
\n\u2022 Overall-in-charge of the retail area of the store (2nd floor) except for the leased areas<\/p>\n

Job Requirements<\/b>:
\n\u2022 Familiarity with Japanese culture and products are highly desirable
\n\u2022 Can make independent decisions with good judgment
\n\u2022 Managerial skills a must
\n\u2022 Excellent customer service
\n\u2022 Strong computer skills (Excel and Word)
\n\u2022 Previous experience in retail is highly desirable<\/p>\n
