\n– Responsibility for protecting and enhancing revenue by ensuring the seamless flow of content to Amazon’s digital stores, monitoring and maintaining operational performance, and working with clients to improve operational performance.
\n– Responsible for proactive monitoring of digital ingestion and operational systems to identify and address issues that impact revenue generation or service levels.
\n– Understands and correctly applies a wide variety of software tools to manage digital assets, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
\n– Consistently improve content provider and customer experience by delivering superior customer support, and by relentlessly advocating for content providers throughout the enterprise.
\n– Leverage relationships, automation, and new technology to improve cycle time, throughput, and yield of Instant Video titles from ingestion through distribution<\/p>\n

Basic Qualifications<\/b>
\n– Bachelor’s degree
\n– Ability to conceptualize complex interrelated applications and system platforms.
\n– Proficient written and verbal communication skills, ability to build relationships, and influence other teams to meet goals
\n– Can comfortably present on and answer detailed questions about all aspects of a product he\/she is leading without help or support from others.
\n– Expert in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
\n– Other qualifications include a track record of complex and creative problem solving, relationship management, and the desire to create and build new processes
\n– Strong time management and multitasking skills<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/b>
\n– Understanding of programming languages and logic including SQL, HTML, XML, and Perl preferred
\n– Intermediate experience with JIRA or other workflow systems
\n– Japanese language (reading\/writing\/speaking) skills desirable<\/p>\n
