The Consul General acts as the ranking Japanese diplomat in the region.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><b>General duties include:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the Consul General&#8217;s schedule and correspondences<\/li>\n<li>Helping maintain the office database by updating contacts&#8217; information via MS Access<\/li>\n<li>Keeping in regular contact with VIPs in each of the district states<\/li>\n<li>Keeping track of social events in Atlanta.
