Responsibilities <\/b>
\nThis is an hourly role located in Celebration, Florida. Assist Japanese speaking Disney Vacation Club Members with their travel needs via the telephone. Provide recommendations on all suitable options while confirming reservations at the Disney Vacation Club Resorts, Walt Disney Resorts and exchange locations throughout the world. Create a magical experience by answering various questions and providing appropriate solutions to Member concerns.<\/p>\n

Basic Qualifications<\/b>
\n(These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job.)
\n* High school degree or equivalent
\n* Demonstrated strong Guest Service skills
\n* Demonstrated strong verbal and written Japanese business language skills
\n* Demonstrated problem solving, decision-making skills, as well as continuous improvement skills
\n* Demonstrated typing skills
\n* Demonstrated computer proficiency within a Windows environment
\n* Demonstrated strong organizational and problem solving skills with attention to detail
\n* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime and third shift
\n* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, and holidays
\n* A strong desire to assist DVC\u00a0Members and WDW Guests<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications <\/b>
\n* Minimum 1 year in hotel, travel, or national exchange company reservation experience

\nThis is an hourly plus commission professional sales position within the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) that actively prospects for sales leads. Disney Vacation Club is a vacation ownership\/timeshare product. Our Sales Associates are expected to be proactive as they interact with our guests at Aulani\u00a0and in Waikiki. Sales Associates will provide general information about Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa and are responsible for transitioning into Disney Vacation Club product overviews to schedule time for a DVC sales presentation.<\/p>\n
