I made <em>Naturally Ella<\/em>\u2018s <a href=\"http:\/\/naturallyella.com\/2012\/02\/01\/twice-baked-butternut-squash-with-quinoa-and-gorgonzola\/\">Twice-Baked Butternut Squash (with quinoa and Gorgonzola)<\/a> as the vegetarian main dish. With the exception of the turkey, which was expertly cooked by the hosts, all the other dishes were vegetarian: mac &amp; cheese made with <a href=\"http:\/\/cougarcheese.wsu.edu\/\">Cougar Cheese,<\/a><em> a sharp<\/em> canned cheese from Washington State (glorious); vegetarian cranberry-mushroom stuffing; fresh green-bean casseroles; vegetarian bean gumbo (spicy!); root vegetable pur\u00e9e; bourbon cranberry sauce made with reconstituted dried cranberries (and arcane magicks); and lots of pie: pecan, pumpkin, and chocolate.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.illmakeitmyself.net\/2012\/11\/26\/kitchen-library-2012-11-26\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.illmakeitmyself.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/11\/IMG_3888-375x500.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"375\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.illmakeitmyself.net\/2012\/11\/26\/kitchen-library-2012-11-26\/\"><em><strong>Click HERE to read more.<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L.M.
