Just e-mail it to\u00a0<strong>jetwit [at] jetwit.com<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Are you guys sick of kabocha and <a title=\"Kabocha Squash Pur\u00e9e (Pumpkin Pur\u00e9e Substitute)\" href=\"http:\/\/www.illmakeitmyself.net\/2012\/10\/15\/kabocha-squash-puree-pumpkin-puree-substitute\/\">kabocha pur\u00e9e<\/a> yet? I never am*, but let\u2019s change it up a bit today.<\/p>\n<p>My first encounter with a vegetarian cookbook of any sort was my dad\u2019s copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.vegetarianepicure.com\/\">Anna Thomas<\/a>\u2018s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Vegetarian-Epicure-Anna-Thomas\/dp\/0394717848\"><em>The Vegetarian Epicure<\/em><\/a>, a memento of a few months in the \u201970s when he dabbled in meatless cooking. I have no recollection of my dad (or my mom) ever using <em>VE<\/em> for anything but the cornbread recipe that we brought with us to every Thanksgiving dinner.
