Overview<\/strong>
\nThe JICC is a part of the Public Affairs Section of the Embassy of Japan, with a goal to promote better understanding of Japan and Japanese culture by providing a wide range of information and events to the American public.<\/p>\n

The Publicity Coordinator is responsible for promoting various Japan-related events to the public and media. The Webmaster is in charge of maintaining and managing the JICC\u00a0website and social media. These positions also entail other duties.
