Just e-mail it to L.M. at\u00a0<strong>jetwit [at] jetwit.com<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>When I mentioned eating <a title=\"Roasted Autumn Salad with Quinoa (or\u00a0Rice)\" href=\"http:\/\/illmakeitmyself.net\/2012\/09\/05\/roasted-autumn-salad-with-quinoa-or-rice\/\">all that squash<\/a>, you didn\u2019t think I\u2019d leave you hanging, did you?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/illmakeitmyself.files.wordpress.com\/2012\/09\/img_2580.jpg?w=490&amp;h=367\" alt=\"\" width=\"490\" height=\"367\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Korinky (<em>konrink\u00ee<\/em>, \u30b3\u30ea\u30f3\u30ad\u30fc) is a strange little squash. I bought it without recognizing the name, since many orange squashes are more or less interchangeable, and to my horror, I found no information on it in English other than <a href=\"http:\/\/ultimate-spoonula.blogspot.jp\/2008\/07\/exotics.html\">this page<\/a>, but apparently these round or football-shaped brindled beauties can be eaten raw! It\u2019s not bad\u2013reminds me of a cross between a fuyu persimmon (color and texture) and a squash.
