Survey students to support employer reports. Take notes for all employer meetings held on-campus, distribute to<br \/>\nadministrators and maintain report files.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0Perform statistical reports and analyses on all aspects of recruiting, including employer recruiting success and yields, from student bids to<br \/>\njob acceptance; interview sign-up; comparative data firm to firm, year to year, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary: <\/strong><br \/>\nGenerally, this position will perform a broad range of clerical, secretarial, and general office duties including those of a confidential nature. Respond to inquiries displaying a comprehensive knowledge of the department&#8217;s activities, policies and programs. Assist with coordination of all large scale interview programs. Schedule on-campus recruitment interviews using departmental software, register and monitor responses of participants; prepare and post information regarding job opportunities; and prepare employer lists and informational packets for off-campus interviews. Assist with the prioritization of office activities and delegate to and monitor work of student and\/or casual employees. Compose letters and correspondence. Perform general word processing, spreadsheet and data entry duties utilizing intermediate-to advanced level functions. Monitor moderately complex budgets and\/or grants.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Required Education: <\/strong><br \/>\nHigh School diploma or equivalent or an Associates degree.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education: <\/strong><br \/>\nBachelor&#8217;s degree.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Experience<\/strong>:<br \/>\n2 years of office experience (with High School diploma). 1 year of office experience or equivalent (with Associates degree).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Experience: <\/strong><br \/>\n2 years of office experience (with Associates&#8217; degree). Familiarity with legal recruiting. Demonstrated customer service experience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<\/strong> (include unique competencies, certification, licenses, etc.):<br \/>\nProficiency with intermediate-level word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
