According to this recent Mainichi<\/em> article<\/a>\u00a0(Japanese) and this Bloomberg\/Businessweek<\/em> article<\/a> (English), Ambassador Ichiro Fujisaki<\/strong> will be leaving his post at the Japanese Embassy in Washington, D.C. \u00a0His successor is reported to be Kenichiro Sasae<\/strong>, the current Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs. \u00a0Also, Shinichi\u00a0Nishimiya<\/strong>, the former Ambassador in New York until 2010, will be the new Ambassador to China.<\/p>\n
