Responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

General<\/strong>:
\n\u2022 Assist in strategic planning and visioning.
\n\u2022 Develop, maintain, and cultivate strategic relationships.
\n\u2022 Market research, as necessary.
\n\u2022 Supervise a team of 2-3.
\nTraining:
\n\u2022 Develop sales plans and marketing strategies to further promote Culture Connect’s training programs.
\n\u2022 Organize, plan, manage, and evaluate trainings around the issues of interpretation and cultural competency.
\nDevelopment:
\n\u2022 Revise and design three year strategy and plan for development.
\n\u2022 Oversee all public relations initiatives, including but not limited to Facebook, newsletters, events, and mailings.
\n\u2022 Review and develop prospect list, focusing on foundations and individual donors.
\n\u2022 Manage cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship process.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/strong>:
\n\u2022 Drive, initiative, can-do attitude, and results-oriented
\n\u2022 2-3 years development experience
\n\u2022 Superb work ethic, including skilled at development and pipeline management, and an excellent close rate
\n\u2022 Superior writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
\n\u2022 Proven ability to work and build rapport with individuals of diverse backgrounds
\n\u2022 Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
\n\u2022 Strong analytical and decision-making skills
\n\u2022 Excellent time-management and organizational skills, able to meet deadlines and oversee multiple projects
\n\u2022 Attention to detail as well as ability to strategize and execute on the big picture
\n\u2022 Accountable for results
\n\u2022 Must have an interest in, passion for, and commitment to Culture Connect\u2019s mission and the programs
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/p>\n
