Overview:<\/strong>
\nWould you like to be an important part of an innovative school in H\u00e1ngzh\u014du, China, a city Marco Polo described as the most beautiful city in the world? Today, H\u00e1ngzh\u014du is still a beautiful, dynamic city in vibrant China.<\/p>\n

The school is Keystone International. Its mission is to give Chinese students, K-12 and older, language experiences to develop skills similar to native English-speaking students. Keystone International offers a systematic education plan that includes speaking, reading, writing, critical thinking, creativity, and empowerment components.<\/p>\n

Position:<\/strong>
\nTeachers (3 or 4) for Keystone International, H\u00e1ngzh\u014du, China<\/p>\n

Minimum Qualifications:<\/strong>
\nBe a native (or fluent) speaker of English
\nHold a Bachelor\u2019s degree
\nHave education, TESOL, or related training
\nLove children and youth
\nBe enthusiastic, knowledgeable, flexible, collaborative, and reliable<\/p>\n

Desirable Qualifications:<\/strong>
\nHave a M.A. or Ph.D. in Education, TFL, or related field
\nAble to share skills in music, drama, art, sports, and\/or other creative endeavors
\nFamiliar with collaborative learning and various learning styles
\nKnowledgeable about online and other non-traditional class presentations
\nHave at least two years teaching K-12 students,
\nHave experience in China or another foreign country<\/p>\n

Regular duties:<\/strong>
\nTeach small classes of 1 to 6 students
\nAdapt American, English language, and ESL curriculum and materials for your students
\nPerform other duties\/and or tasks that may be assigned on an as needed basis.<\/p>\n

Work hours<\/strong>:
\nAfternoons and weekends, 20 hours teaching per week (two days off a week)<\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/strong>
\nDepending on qualifications – up to 6,000 yuan per month
\nHousing, phone, and round-trip airfare allowances
\nEmergency hospital insurance
\nBonus for exceptional work
\nChinese language classes provided
\nA copy of the Keystone International contract is available upon request
