\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:
\n– Handle full set import\/export documents, L\/C, shipping documents and customs declaration independently.
\n– Issue Purchase Order, Sales Order, Invoice, Packaging details, Item registration.
\n– Contact and coordinate with external (customers, vendors, 3PL\u00a0warehouse, freight forwarder) and internal
\nparties, and negotiate if necessary.
\n– Visit 3PL warehouse (Will call \/ Drop Off \/ Damage shipment inspection or for anything if necessary.)
\nBusiness trip may be required (probably within US domestic trip)
\n– Update and monitor delivery, adjust if necessary, and keep tracking.
\n– Handle customer inquiries, complaints, orders follow-up and coordination.
\n– Prepare summary reports & perform general clerical duties.
\n– Maintain filling system to ensure easy retrieval of information.
\n– Check bills from vendors, sales expense sheet & enter them in the system.
\n– Manage Account Payable & monitor Account Receivable & inquire overdue payment to customers.
\n– Customer\/ Vendor registration.<\/p>\n

Other Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:
\n– Report directly to Office Manager in Colorado Springs and Shipping Manager in Japan (required a couple
\ntimes of night-time skype meeting in a week, usually 0.5-1.5 hours)<\/p>\n

Bloomington office has only 4 people including you and miscellaneous things to maintain office like ordering office supply or office equipment troubleshooting is required.<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/span><\/strong>:
\nFull knowledge in handling full set of I\/E, L\/C and customs declaration.
\n3 years or more experience in handling order and shipping arrangement, or international shipments.
\nPro-active, responsible, strong problem solving skill, open-mind, independent and able to work well under pressure. (externally to customer\/vendor, also internally to sales people)
\nHands-on, detail-oriented and systematic, be able to coordinate well with various parties.
\nFluent in English. Capability of speaking Japanese is preferable.<\/p>\n
