Job Description:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

– Conduct mobile\/telecom related research by preparing overview memos\/presentations to inform
\nand support Japan HQ\u2019s key management regarding wireless industry related trends and topics
\nbased on predetermined areas of interest. Interpret and analyze research results to offer
\nstrategic directions while adhering to management-assigned report output quantity, quality and type
\n(scale, topic, etc).<\/p>\n

– Researches and develops alliance partners by forging relationships and partnerships with key decision makers within other corporate entities; identifying, negotiating and managing business relationships to
\nfoster company\u2019s existing & future product offerings and partners including wireless service providers,
\nhandset manufacturers, carriers, mobile software solution providers, MVNO, etc.<\/p>\n

– Manages financial and contractual performance, maximizes revenues – working with legal, technical and
\nInternal staff to ensure contract adherence; assisting to provide market analysis, technical
\nsupport, identification and documentation of developing product requirements; by supporting full life
\ncycle of contracts to include NDAs, distribution agreements, strategic alliance contracts.<\/p>\n

– Industry Networking by communicating with telecom\/mobile industry insiders etc in order to collect in
\ndepth info and bridge to Japan HQ\/US HQ key management.<\/p>\n

– Provide executives and the management with preparation of necessary documents for conference
\nmeetings and coordinate with various university departments and other conference representatives by
\nperforming liaison functions.<\/p>\n

– Other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong>:<\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management or related field with 3 or more years of
\nexperience in business development; preferably in telecommunication or IT industry.
\n– Experience in development and implementation of strategies and contract negotiations<\/p>\n
