Conduct quarterly reconciliation\u00a0with Financial Services.<\/li>\n<li>Aid\u00a0the Resource Development unit in the donor acknowledgment process and\u00a0donor follow-up activities.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain\u00a0\u00a0electronic and hard copy donor and prospect files, including timely and\u00a0\u00a0accurate data entry.<\/li>\n<li>Run\u00a0financial, analytical, and other gift-related reports and queries on a\u00a0scheduled basis and as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Assist\u00a0in management of department budget.<!--more--><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Other<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Take the lead on\/contribute to special projects as needed.<\/p>\n<p>REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Experience<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Three to five years experience in a fundraising department with solid prospect research experience or online research skills developed in another capacity. Requires excellent level of computer literacy, competence in PC applications, and knowledge of online information tools. Preferred experience includes an understanding of relational databases (Blackbaud\u2019s Raiser\u2019s Edge a plus), and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables; chart design, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Education<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Other Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Process oriented with superior organizational and project management skills, including timely and consistent attention to follow up, deadlines, and guidelines. Stickler for accuracy with great attention to detail and excellent follow-through. Flexibility and ability to work as a member of a team, prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, and anticipate upcoming needs. Ability to work effectively with staff and volunteers from diverse backgrounds and experience working with trustees and other executive-level<\/p>\n<p>volunteer decision makers to accomplish the organization\u2019s objectives.
