Responsibilities<\/em><\/strong>:
\nThe Position will focus on the expansion of ESL online student recruitment services and marketing activities for ESL schools in Korean market.<\/p>\n

– Sales and Market the online student recruiting service and similarly-related services to ESL schools, educational institutions, and international media outlets.
\n– Research, develop, and execute marketing campaigns in Korea (print, online-based marketing, etc.) to route international students to ESL schools through the company website.
\n– Build and sustain strong business ties with school officials and admissions staff.
\n– Identify, approach and negotiate with current and future business partners advertising opportunities, marketing plans and mutually-beneficial business opportunities.
\n– Independently manage day-to-day administrative operations involving student enrollment services: follow up on students’ applications, speaking with schools’ admissions offices, updating company management database, answering student and school inquiries. <\/p>\n

(QUALIFICATIONS)<\/p>\n

Preferred Experience and Skills:
\n\u2022 Native-level Korean language proficiency required. (Written and Verbal). You will be traveling to Korea a couple times a year to attend seminars and give speech in front of Korean students. You must be comfortable using Korean in that environment.
\n\u2022 Must have through understating of Korean school systems and culture.
\n\u2022 Internet Marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM) and Sales and Marketing experience in educational\/student recruitment business preferred.
\n\u2022 Business-level English language proficiency is required.
\n\u2022 Understanding of Japanese language and culture highly desired.
\n\u2022 Understanding of the international student recruitment business, ESL markets, study abroad affairs and online marketing trends.
\n\u2022 Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to prompt and lead business negotiations.
\n\u2022 Sales-oriented communication skills a necessity; strong public speaking and presentation skills an asset; business writing skills a must.
\n\u2022 Flexibility to conduct limited national and international travel.
\nOther notes:
\nSalary range: $35~45K (DOE)
