Job Position:<\/strong> Student Services Representative (NY)<\/p>\n

Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting to the Embassy Study Center New York Student Services Manager, you will:
\n\u2022 Manage student records and student balances
\n\u2022 Take on Bursar duties, take new bookings, calculate accurate refunds, and so on
\n\u2022 Counsel students regarding issues or complaints
\n\u2022 Provide information about the school and promote additional sales to students
\n\u2022 Provide superior customer service<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

With a close understanding of office management in an international education context, you will be:
\n\u2022 An experienced database manager
\n\u2022 Fluent in Outlook, Word and Excel
\n\u2022 An excellent relationship builder who has good team-building and communication skills, ideally fluent in a language other than English
\n\u2022 Dedicated to providing superior customer service
\n\u2022 Able to demonstrate first rate organizational and project management skills
\n\u2022 Able to offer drive, creativity and enthusiasm<\/p>\n
