Job Position:<\/strong> Project Manager with Japanese language skills, bTrax (SF)<\/p>\n

Job Details:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

btrax, the up and coming cross-cultural web consultancyis looking for a Project Manager for their team in San Francisco. Language skills in Japanese, Chinese are highly preferred. The staff boasts a client list that includes Calbee, ITOCHU, DeNA, Panda Express, Bandai, and a wide range of brands from both the United States and Japan.

\nIn a Nutshell<\/strong>
\nAct as the main contact for clients and manage work with both internal and external project teams. General knowledge and interest in web technology is a huge plus.<\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities<\/strong>
\nDesigns project plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
\nManage day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and ensure work stays within the contracted scope
\nReview deliverables prepared by internal team and client provided assets
\nEnsure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
\nCommunicate with internal teams and external contractors as well as clients for smooth project flow
\nEnsure projects stay on budget and timeline while developing new strategies to streamline project processes
\nSeeks for the best possible ways to make project on-time
\nQualify leads and shepherd through to contract closing to meet quarterly revenue goals
\nIn addition to these typical responsibilities, perform other duties as necessary<\/p>\n

We need<\/strong>
\nBA\/BS degree or equivalent 4 years\u2019 worth of higher education in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Computer Information Systems, and other related field
\nAbility to lead the work flow for web and interactive projects
\nAbility to estimate costs and build timelines for interactive projects
\nAbility to identify and contract with key production partners to supplement Agency\u2019s skill set
\nExperience in managing multiple projects to complete work on time and on budget
\nStrong presentation and training skills to improve internal and client understanding of web development
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong internal and external presentation skills<\/p>\n

Bonus<\/strong>
\nAbility to read, write, and speak Japanese or Chinese is a major plus as our team is 95% bi-lingual or tri-lingual
\nFamiliarity with Adobe CS software and other software tools for web or print work
\nWeb\/design\/coding knowledge and\/or experience in the Web industry<\/p>\n

Everything Else<\/strong>
\nApproximately 85% of time spent on the job involves use of a computer at our office location
\nPunctual and consistent attendance is required. Willingness and ability to work non-standard business hours, such as nights, on an as-needed basis
\nTeam members must be able to effectively handle multiple projects on deadline
\nFlexible environment – remote work may be done from home on a per project basis<\/p>\n
