Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are currently looking for a Bilingual Sales Administrator\/Assistant to join our Outsourcing team at BiOS. An ideal candidate should be someone who is willing to contribute to our growing business as a part of our team. This is a great opportunity to apply your bilingual as well as gain practical experience in the international environment.

\nResponsibilities<\/p>\n

– Provide daily assistance to our Outsourcing team including an Outsourcing manager and Account Managers
\n– Compose and edit official documents, such as invoices and contracts, with the Human Resources and General Administration departments
\n– Input and organize personal information of outsourcing staff, such as their salary, the content of their employment contracts, and other related materials
\n– Transfer external calls to individual extension numbers as well as take care of visitors and guests
\n– Translate both internal and external documents as well as cope with any issues related to sales administration in the office <\/p>\n

Required Skills and Experiences<\/p>\n

– At least one year of administration, sales assistant, or secretarial experience is required.
\n– Any experience with contracts and invoices is preferred.
\n– Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook) for daily tasks is required.
\n– Any experience in providing office assistance, such as copying, organizing files, mailing, and other related tasks, is preferred.
\n– Business-level English, Native-level Japanese<\/p>\n
