Providinge up-to-the-minute musical content, and you\u2019ll make our service better than ever.<br \/>\n<!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>About the role<\/strong><br \/>\nYou\u2019ll manage the content and editorial responsibilities of the Japanese side of Music Unlimited among other services. That means is will involve acting as point of contact for the Japanese content editorial, building strong relationships with record labels and partners, keeping up-to-date with all the latest Japanese music charts and trends, and making sure we have every possible track available forto our customers. But more than that, you\u2019ll oversee the promotional side of things too, identifying great opportunities for publicity and putting together weekly promotional plans for our Japanese content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you<\/strong><br \/>\nIt\u2019s a wide-ranging role, so we\u2019re looking for someone with experience of the music industry \u2013, experience that will have honed theiryour knowledge of international music. As well as being market-orientated with a background in Marketing or PR, you\u2019ll have interpersonal skills that are second -\u2013to- none, and you\u2019ll take a self-motivated approach to everything you do. If you know your way around Microsoft Office and the web, you could soon be enjoying a challenging role at the heart of a growing business.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re are very passionate and extremely knowledgeable about Japanese music and the local music market across the wide range of genres that make this nation so interesting and unique when it comes to music. Furthermore, you are mother-tongue standard in Japanese, ideally having spent many years in Japan. Your spoken and written English is also impeccable.
