Job Position:<\/strong> Jr. Recruiter – English\/Japanese bi-lingual (Los Angeles)<\/p>\n

Business hour: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
\nLocation: Los Angeles <\/p>\n

Professional HR Consultant (Recruiter\/Sales) will learn Recruiting Techniques, Sales, Human Resources related policies and Customer Service and provide services to our clients.
\n– Recruit through various sources
\n– Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates
\n– Consult with clients to provide staffing and HR consulting services
\n– Prospecting new businesses
\n– Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
\n– Some Travel required up to 20%
\n
\nJOB REQUIREMENTS
\n– Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) preferred
\n– Able to work under pressure and fast paced environment
\n– Able to work as a team member
\n– Positive mind set to learn new things and overcome obstacles
\n– Computer literate (MS word, Excel) Other skills will be a plus
\n– Professional business manner
\n– Verbal and written knowledge of Japanese is a must <\/p>\n
