Established Japanese shipping company is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The hiring company was established in 1970 in NY, engaging in operating cargo ships for breakbulk cargo. Entry level welcome! This is a great opportunity for newly graduate or those who don’t have working experience to start building a career in office environment. <\/p>\n

This is a temp to hire position with about 3-months temporary period.

\nQUALIFICATION:<\/strong>
\n– Entry level welcome
\n– Basic PC Skill
\n– Good communication skill in English
\n– Japanese skill is not a must, but preferred
\n– Understanding of Japanese culture desired
\n– Supportive, detail-oriented, multitasking skill required.<\/p>\n

STARTING DATE:<\/strong>
\nASAP<\/p>\n

LOCATION:<\/strong>
\nManhattan, NY
\n(Near Wall-street)<\/p>\n

BUSINESS HOURS:<\/strong>
\nMonday through Friday, 9am to 5pm with unpaid lunch break. <\/p>\n
