Job Position:<\/strong> Development Coordinator<\/p>\n

Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Provides administrative support for Strategic Development department by performing the following duties. Work is carried out under general supervision.<\/li>\n
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. IIE may add, change, or remove essential duties and other duties at any time.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for complying with applicable contract and sponsor requirements and following all IIE policies and procedures<\/li>\n
  • Processes payment requests, petty cash reimbursements forms, and expense reports. Maintains logs and files of invoices sent out by department.<\/li>\n

    <\/p>\n

  • Books travel and accommodations for department personnel.<\/li>\n
  • Handles visa process for travel.<\/li>\n
  • Updates database as needed. Generates reports from database and\/or compiles reports, as requested.<\/li>\n
  • Provides general administrative support including photocopying, document editing and proofreading, monitoring , ordering and ensuring delivery of supplies and office management.<\/li>\n
  • Answers calls to OPO number and transfers calls appropriately.<\/li>\n
  • As needed, assists proposal team in preparation of materials.<\/li>\n
  • Maintains department calendar and assists in the coordination of internal and external meetings.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares meeting minutes.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinates the distribution and delivery of incoming and outgoing mail.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares media kits and outreach materials.<\/li>\n
  • Responds to Development mailbox inquiries.<\/li>\n
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.<\/li>\n
