Job Position:<\/strong> DataSite Project Manager Assistant, Native Japanese Proficiency (St. Paul, MN)<\/p>\n

SUMMARY:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Sunday \u2013Thursday, 7:00pm-3:30am<\/li>\n
  • Native Japanese proficiency required<\/li>\n
  • Reports to DataSite Project Management Supervisors. Primary focus is to assist Project Managers to successfully manage a large volume of DataSite Projects through the management of directed tasks.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with clients. Provides superior service, as well as technical and tactical expertise in client driven highly technical environment.<\/li>\n


    \nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Provide customer service to clients via phone and email.<\/li>\n
  • Correlate and assist in the preparation of client materials, scanning documents, etc.<\/li>\n
  • Upload client materials to DataSite project – both hard and soft copy.<\/li>\n
  • Help maintain security scheme and creates user accounts.<\/li>\n
  • Assist other Project Managers and team members in times of need.<\/li>\n
  • Work with Production, IT and other internal departments to facilitate document production and resolve technical issues.<\/li>\n
  • Help to arrange shipping and receiving of client materials.<\/li>\n
  • Perform quality checks of projects and deliverables.<\/li>\n
  • Ensures proper documentation for job tracking, work orders, project notes and billing information is accurate and timely.<\/li>\n
  • Ensures project deliverables for client are accurate, timely, and monitors progress on project deliverables.<\/li>\n
  • Follows all DataSite Best Practices, Policies and Procedures.<\/li>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Ability to use computer for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.<\/li>\n
  • Requires a demonstrated service orientation with a desire to exceed customer expectations, and demonstrated ability to achieve results.<\/li>\n
  • Requires ability to effectively manage and negotiate client expectations, as well as the ability to thoroughly understand and train clients on the components of DataSite systems.<\/li>\n
  • Detail oriented, adaptable and flexible to changing work environment.<\/li>\n
  • Requires ability to work within a team environment and multi task in a time sensitive and deadline driven highly technical environment.<\/li>\n
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing work environment (including shift\/location).<\/li>\n
  • Demonstrated detail orientation and follow-through required.<\/li>\n

    Education:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • High School diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n
