It is a little different to most Japanese companies in that everyone is bilingual and the CEO is a woman. It is an interesting  place to work and to progress one\u2019s career.\u00a0 They are looking for someone who may be slightly junior, but who has a familiarity with the Japanese language and Japanese working culture.
