New York\u2019s leading Japanese food and sake distributors, chefs, restaurants (including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.baonoodles.com\/\">Bao Noodles<\/a>, owned by JET alum <strong>Chris Johnson<\/strong> (Oita-ken, 1992-95), who also helped organized the event), food writers, public relations companies, and cooking schools have come together to form NY Loves Japan.
