Job Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consult and lead International Licensees in developing and executing a strategic plan and long-term approach to implementing the 7-Eleven, Inc. business system. Provide planning and analysis support for the International Division. <\/p>\n

Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelors degree required. MBA preferred
\n\u2022 5\u201310 years of experience with a multi-unit\/division based retail company
\n\u2022 Previous experience with international business processes, strategic planning and financial analysis
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of commercial international real estate development principles
\n\u2022 Training skills necessary to teach planning principles, for example, strategic planning, project management, acquisition processes) to International Licensees and their employees
\n\u2022 Presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and\/or facilitate discussions with international senior management teams
\n\u2022 Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, management, and suppliers.
\n\u2022 Ability to consult and interact comfortably with C-level and senior executives around the world
\n\u2022 Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, database, email, and web-based applications
\n\u2022 Working knowledge of world cultures and religious beliefs
\n\u2022 Must have a valid passport or the ability to obtain one <\/p>\n

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Fluent Japanese or Chinese communication skills a plus
\n\u2022 Strategy consulting background
\n\u2022 Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in finance or strategy.
