Job Position:<\/strong> IT Help Desk (New Jersey)<\/p>\n

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically<\/li>\n
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues<\/li>\n
  • Follow standard help desk procedures<\/li>\n
  • Log all help desk interactions<\/li>\n
  • Administer help desk software<\/li>\n
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource<\/li>\n
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention<\/li>\n
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions<\/li>\n
  • Prepare activity reports<\/li>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment<\/li>\n
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices<\/li>\n
  • Related experience and training<\/li>\n
  • If the person is entry level, must have computer science degree<\/li>\n

    Language: English only<\/p>\n

    Salary: $ 30-45K (DOE)<\/p>\n
