Job Position:<\/strong> Bilingual (Japanese\/English) Office Assistant at Forever 21<\/p>\n

Job Details:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Essential Functions:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Maintain and generate daily reports pertaining to daily international store operations for upper management
\n* Conduct heavy word processing on a daily basis with minimal supervision
\n* Translate documents from Japanese to English and English to Japanese
\n* Conduct Business Transactions with international stores and companies
\n* Create and handle presentations, reports and files
\n* Maintain constant contact with international district managers, store managers and operations personnel to promote proper communication between all levels of international store operations
\n* Assist with all functions of opening and closing international stores while collaborating with other departments to ensure proper completion
\n* Process & Translate invoices and submit to the Accounting Department in a timely manner<\/p>\n

Additional Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Research, review and summarize miscellaneous topics for management
\n* Assist with administrative support as requested<\/p>\n

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

* Native Level fluency in Japanese and English REQUIRED
\n* At least 1 year of administrative experience REQUIRED
\n* At least 1-2 years of translating experience REQUIRED
\n* Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and formatting
\n* Able to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
\n* Excellent grammar and communication skills
\n* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills<\/p>\n
