Description:
\n\u00b7\tEnsure translated documents mirror the original source document
\n\u00b7\tEfficiently maintains formal disciplined operations procedures across a variety of client projects
\n\u00b7\tTrack project-specific non-conformances and resolutions
\n\u00b7\tPersonally perform project QA steps
\n\u00b7\tAssist with making new department processes while improving on existing ones (improve productivity, profitability)
\n\u00b7\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with contract translators, editors, and proofreaders
\n\u00b7\tJuggle overlapping projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/p>\n

\u00b7\tMinimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
\n\u00b7\tMust have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in Italian, French, (native) and English
\n\u00b7\tAbility to support multiple projects by keeping accurate and up-to-date project specs
\n\u00b7\tExcellent problem solving skills
\n\u00b7\tEnsure customer sign-off of end product
\n\u00b7\tDemonstrate effective utilization of staff, effectively delegate responsibility
\n\u00b7\tKeep clients informed of project progress
\n\u00b7\tExperience coordinating assignment of resources
\n\u00b7\tAbility to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines
\n\u00b7\tPrior translation industry experience preferred<\/p>\n
