Job Position:<\/strong> JTA is looking for a energetic candidate to work in their main office in Raleigh, NC.<\/p>\n

Company: <\/strong><\/p>\n

JTA is an agency in Raleigh, NC, specializing in travel, staffing, and relocation services for Japanese businesses in the Carolinas and the Southeast.<\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • High volume of inbound calls servicing and accommodating customers’ requests for air, hotel, and car reservations<\/li>\n
  • Ticketing any necessary last minute requests<\/li>\n
  • Communicating the status on requested tickets to requesting person\/s<\/li>\n
  • Must be able to quickly research online tour packages, etc, for clients<\/li>\n
  • Work sometimes requires researching apartment arrangements for clients<\/li>\n

    Minimum Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Must speak at least JLPT 3kyu level Japanese<\/li>\n
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop<\/li>\n
  • Customer service experience required<\/li>\n
  • Must be a US Citizen or have valid visa to work in the US<\/li>\n

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Experience with Sabre preferred but not required (training can be provided)<\/li>\n
  • Experience planning international travel a plus!<\/li>\n
