Occidental College seeks an energetic and articulate Associate Director of International Programs. This is a newly created position augmenting a staff consisting of Director, Assistant Director and Coordinator.<\/p>\n

The Associate Director supports the Director in carrying out the mission and the overall management of International Programs including:<\/p>\n

  • Operations and policy implementation<\/li>\n
  • Planning and development<\/li>\n
  • Oversight of outreach, advising, selection, orientation and re-entry processes<\/li>\n
  • Publications and website<\/li>\n
  • In collaboration with Director, evaluation and assessment<\/li>\n
  • Processes related to health and safety<\/li>\n
  • Crisis management<\/li>\n
  • Program budgets<\/li>\n
  • International student initiatives including SEVIS compliance<\/li>\n
  • Represents Occidental at campus presentations and events and at professional meetings<\/li>\n
